he didn't out-recruit WAC opponents while he had maybe the most fertile recruiting ground in the WAC

Les built OSU, a BCS program, into something respectable
he accomplished a lot more before he got the LSU job than what Dooley has done before the UTenn job

You mean take a team that made it to the SEC championship 2 years ago and barely break .500 and get some moral victories??

he improved their record vs 2008 and turned crompton into a dependable QB
compared to dooley, who is getting rewarded for his own moral victories (against LSU and Boise, not Florida and Bama)

Bottom line: Nobody knows at this point if Dooley or Kiffin is the better coach. Both are unproven at coaching
