The guy was never offered the job, especially not for that Salary. The highest paid NFL guys that have won Super Bowls don't even make that much, but they are going to offer it to Saban after his initial issues in the NFL? 6 Super Bowl titles between Coughlin, Bilichick and Payton, and non get more than $7.5 Million.
Are we also supposed to believe that Texas boosters have absorbed Saban's $40mm in bad debt? Is Texas willing to pay Saban $10mm/yr - more than those NFL coaches that have won Super Bowls + the bad debt?
