Lane always likes having Co-coordinators.

Not entirely sure why, but it's what he does. Same thing with DJ Durkin, etc... Golding will still be the main DC and call the plays

It's just a title to give him more money. Miss can only do 4 year contracts from state employees so this is a way to get more reassurances on salary by giving a meaningless title.
