I'm sure it's been answered, but what is roughly 1% of the LHN worth per year?

how ironic that ESPN, who has been blowing Alabama for years.. would be the ones to basically pay for Saban's salary to leave Bama

He gone, he gone
Oh, why
Oh, why
I better learn how to face it
He gone, he gone
Oh, why
Oh, why
I'd pay the devil to replace him
He gone, he gone
Oh, why
What went wrong

$15M gets ESPN some viewing rights. Lots of cash for a leg up on the competition.

The network itself is on track to be worth a cool billion. UT will have to declare football independence from the Big 12 for that to happen but that's just a matter of time (esp since A&M bolted)

Without Saban to Texas, LHN would become Big XII Network in 5 years. Or less.
