Ok, so knowing what we know, complete the Miles/Michigan saga

-Les gives his speech tomorrow
-Shortly thereafter, Michigan names Les hew HC
-Press conference in Ann Arbor tomorrow evening

- ESPN reports Miles going to Michigan tomorrow AM
- Michigan makes it official around 5pm on SC, announces press conference to be held Wednesday morning
- LSU announces Jon Gruden as Head Coach on Thursday night

i know one damn thing to be a fact. whatever decision is to be made needs to happen within 24 hrs. LSU has natl championship caliber talent but if a bad hire is made as far as coaching goes this will be pissed away.

My guess is: Dooley to LSU, and I am SURE he will prefer the recruiting in Louisiana compared with having to scrabble for Georgia and Louisville and Cincinnati leftovers. Currently, the 'circle of UT' is a few hours drive from Knoxville in all directions.
That gets UT a shot at Louisville, CIncinnati and Atlanta. Tsk.
He will love recruiting in Louisiana.

Honestly can't say. I'd prefer that he becomes the HC. But either way, this whole thing needs to end soon. Sitting on the edge of this cliff waiting for the announcement of coach is too much. I need the new to be finalized, good or bad.

For some reason I think I will be at peace with Les going. I want him to stay by all means, but he has left LSU in great shape and if we make a decent hire we can do just fine next year.
