And TBL is much more "insider" when it comes to admin stuff and coaching changes. I think Vol just has a friend or something in football ops so he gets recruiting info fed to him.

Yeah, I think it is clear he has some relationship with the coaching staff. The misses in recruiting people get upset about seem to be reflected in the confidence from the coaches. He does enjoy being that guy, the Q drop type that everyone turns to which can be annoying but generally is a good poster IMO.
