The frick is wrong with all of you? Herman may be a flash in the pan. I'd be happy with him and all, but he hasn't really done anything that Sumlin hasn't.
Jimbo should be #1 and is the proven commodity. His development of 4 1st round QBs should be the deciding factor here.

I think everyone in this thread will be thrilled with Jimbo.
However, I believe Herman has the highest ceiling for success out of any recent coaching candidate.
Sure there is a larger risk than Jimbo but I believe Herman will bring a much needed jump start of energy and focus.
