I don't think he has elite speed but it is certainly not a hindrance. I think he is still learning. I think he is a great CB and a good cover corner. You've picked 3 plays out of hundreds in his first two seasons. People forget he was only a Soph. last year.

Yeah, you are right, LSU under Chavis generally gives up 70 yard plays on the last play of a half/game after two defenders run together....and they also routinely give up 80 yard plays on busted coverage. My bad, you guys just physically dominated LSU and JJ and company. Keep telling yourself that. Hell, it seems that after the demolition of arkansas this past year that you might have learned (after you were all over the board before the game predicting a win)...but you can't fix stupid. meh...honestly don't care what you believe....it's not a big deal to me...just passing on the talk on that board. As I said, I just don't think it would happen because they probably want someone clean....but if I were an Arky fan, I wouldn't want it to happen. JMO. If you said Miles would go to the NFL for two seasons, I might believe you.

So the no-go on Tressel is he's got a show cause in front of him for a number of years IIRC. Butch Davis does not but he'd surely be under a close watch and not be given any slack if there was some hanky-panky (which I fully support btw).
If Auburn can get away with it, we might as well say F it, and go big time with it and blow SMU out of the water.
I'm not sure how Tressel would go over but there's still a TON of butthurt over the NCAA giving them a pass, and then beat us. The tradition is if you screw up you miss the bowl. Not that if you get caught red-handed the NCAA steps in and lets you play your stars and take the punishment later (if ever). Pryor leaving early to cash NFL checks only makes it worse for Arkansas fans, I don't think Tressel would be the right hire for us.
Les Miles seems more and more like there could be some smoke there, either as a diversion or some serious interest. Miles would be crazy to consider leaving LSU, and I think he's told Long that in their friendly conversations.

hahaha...so Miles turns down his Alma Mater (not once but twice)....the school with more wins than any other college program in history....just so he could wait to take a job at Arkansas...a team that has never won a conference title, and is 8th best of all team in the SEC?

Apparently holding a tent revival to garner support. If this snake handling gets stronger I'll add Richt to the horseshite tier.
Richt would not be a good hire for us. UGA has consistently underperformed their recruiting, his teams have had discipline issues galore, and in a very down SEC-East he's not accomplished more than Houston Nutt did here in a far better situation. Campus location, recruiting base, stadium size, other sports are down not syphoning off support, Richt really hasn't impressed me at all tbh.
I've never been worried about UGA while Richt has been there.
