Again, I’m not saying Jim Leonard isn’t a great coach, or that I wouldn’t love having him here. I pounded the table for us to go after him last year and made the same argument as you are trying to make now because it made sense

The situation is drastically different from last offseason. It’s not a realistic option due to all the reasons I have listed. It’s a waste of your energy.

I’m not saying don’t get Leonard, I’m just telling you the reality of the situation.

There’s no argument I don’t care it’s what O has said Not me! In 2018 He recruited a player were I coach and I heard him tell our head coach and defense coordinator this exact thing! He wants a 4-3 style defense and when Da was ready to move on he was switching!

You don’t have to be an insider to have common sense and understand how these things work and what our situation is.

In summary:
If you ran a program, you’d be too much of a pussy to even call an agent and check the temperature because of something as retarded as a base alignment. If I ran a championship program, I’d list the top coordinators on the planet and call their agents. I’d offer them what they are worth down my list until one says yes.

It’s simple.

ETA. And I don’t care about Leonhard per se. I’m speaking philosophically
