Can we all agree on this so we can shite down the “Alleva deserves credit” threads?

Apples to oranges. Ex HC's have no trouble going to work for Saban.

That being said, he'll find somebody good. Job pays too much to settle for mediocre.

Coach o hired him. Alleva isn’t The Godfather and put a gun to his head. Coach o coulda had some balls and said no

He still literally cannot sign a coach without the ADs approval short of going to the board himself

Brady isn’t the only coach out there that can coach the spread.

This is the main thing. LSU has had good offenses before that even then didn’t fully utilize talent, mostly under Les Miles.

Brady was just the first “coordinator” that had a certain amount of talent, a QB, and not a Les Miles Offense.

Im sorry had somebody cut out his tongue? He’s a grown man he can do anything he wants at any given time. Being scared of alleva is another thing but to say he couldn’t say no is incorrect

E is our OC. Brady brought us a new system. Munoz should be hired as passing game coordinator, and keep rolling.

Two completely different machines.

When Saban brings an OC in, they answer to him, not Ensminger.

Yeah we'll be fine. We still have the playbook. Joe Brady is really talented, but E was calling the plays all season. Brady just brought in some fresher concepts to Coach E

Same plays and concepts that everybody runs.

That wasn't the difference.

les got fired because the guy down the road from us got better talent than ours and derailed our season every year.

Matt Canada was a shotgun wedding created by Alleva who gave O the job with the condition that he hires a top OC, and Canada was the hot name. He was also an insubordinate dick whose offense was never good.

Can someone get this arse out of here, or is he going to be allowed to keep trolling? Just can’t figure out if it’s Saban’s or Jimbo’s love child he’s carrying.

At this point he’s won the benefit of the doubt.

And he fought a hard battle to win that.

That being said, is Dennis Johnson the guy you’re gonna hold up as the best example?
