Isn't the guy who started some huge bank an Arkansas alum and huge contributor? I want to say it's the guy who started Bank of America, but I'm not sure. I just know he died a few years ago and left Arkansas a bundle.

Do not quote me on this, but the last time I heard, the Raz Foundation had 20 Mill liquid.
