The reports and rumors have all turned out to be people stating mere speculation as though it is a fact
This has been the most tight-lipped and well handled coaching search I've ever seen, not just at LSU but anywhere
If Woodward lands a hire on par with what we've seen thus far then the next coach will be the best LSU has ever had

Funny thing is, some douche on here will get it right, simple math says so, and will proclaim himself King. All the while, 1737 other people guessing had the same mathematical probability to guess correctly too.
My guess is that whomever has actual sources, there’s also another highly mathematically probability that Scotty never even spoken to said source.

This is completely false. It's not Woodward google searching these phone mumbers and making deals directly with the coaches. There are middle men on both sides. Quite a few rumors were 100% accurate.
Take comfort in knowing the worst we can do is Napier. That makes me very happy. Since Napier left Bama, they have pulled no one from Northern LA that LSU truly wanted.

Everything is a rumor now b/c exactly nothing put out there can be confirmed. As always its a circus. We will likely have a new coach within the next 7-14 days.
