Gailey isn't on the hot seat based on what Ralph Wilson said about how this rebuilding job is going to take a couple of years. With the short life he likely has left, he does not want another coaching search.
Gailey was left with a BARE cupboard coming to Buffalo, and the strides the offense made with an absolute joke of an o-line, and no namers across the board is impressive. They didn't finish the season well but they had a run of games that looked better then any Bills wins in the Jauron era.
He should be safe for another year.
