Next Gen Head Coaches?

What would be some names you guys think for top 5 programs down the road? I still support O and I have always felt year 2 is when you see the Head Coaches true colors.

I still think O will be serviceable but short-term.
Frank Wilson will be the man at LSU in the next 3-5 years, and with Saban gone, that makes him the HC of a top-5 program.
