It's still a BCS job in a premier conference in the weaker of the two divisions.

I doubt Gill takes the job. He knows that there could be better jobs in his future. He was a brian fart away from the AU job. Given the nature of Big 12 offenses lately I could see them making a run at Crowton, at OU's coordinator, at Malzahn (although he has not been in college coaching that long) if they want to keep up with the arms race or at Bud Foster, Charlie Strong, or a similar mind if they think they need to favor the defensive side of the ball.

He could wait a year and probably be considered for Penn State or maybe even Rutgers or Louisville or West Virginia once WV figures out they made the wrong hire complicated by a rediculous extension.
