Brian Flores coached really well last season for the Dolphins before the wheels came off of Tua and this season. Assuming he's canned after this year, he could be the "White Whale". Belichick guy for like a decade, would be much better than a disaster hire like Napier or Tucker.

lol. Seriously Flores was a solid coach last year, not winning in Miami doesnt make a bad coach

Yeah, I know. just being sarcastic regarding Saban.
My problem with Flores is that his only college experience was as a grad assistant, and he doesn't have the kind of NFL career that will automatically draw recruits to him. There is also some noise out there that he struggles to connect with his players.

Man, I really don't get the hate for Napier. I'm not saying he's the best out there because I really don't know. I do know that he has been consistent in Lafayette, he's already got a relationship with players and coaches in the state, he's from the same breed as a Saban in organizational skills and he doesn't have any baggage. But to say that this jackwagon from the Dolphins would be a better hire is as ridiculous as they come.
