We do know that Urban Meyer himself said that the ND job is his dream job!
It's fun to speculate about this. Yes, the crotch-tickling incident hurts Urban's chances.
But, how do we know that Urban and ND haven't already talked a bit? What if ND hinted to Brian Kelly that ND would like Kelly to move on from South Bend?
Who knows? It's fun to speculate.
