My wish list: Joe Brady or Dilly Dilly

Keep Blake Baker. Joe come in, get more amazing recruiters (yes, I know he hates to recruit). Plugging in an offensive genius at HC.
Dilly Dilly. Looking at AZ St, he seems to be a players coach. I think he might just be the next big time coach.
I dont want Sumrall.
Sheppard, Ive been extremely impressed watching his interviews. He is articulate and very team focused. I think I want offense brains first.
Kiffin isn't coming here. He would be great at LSU in my opinion. But, he gets to just cherry pick his salary at this point.
Who is your dream pick?

He doesn’t want to coach in college at all… it’s not just the recruiting. He had one goal and that was to coach in the NFL which is why he fricking jetted out as soon as possible. He’s on track to be an NFL head coach, so…. Why would he?

Thanks to the excessive dysfunction we're showing doubt we can get a guy like Dilly, who's got everything set at his alma mater that will probably do anything to keep him.

This “dysfunction” is so over the top on this board.
I can think of 12 million reasons why any coach would come to LSU

Whoever they hire I hope they get rid of Baker .
Tired I’d seeing running qb’s go through the defense like a hot knife through butter

I keep hearing Joe Brady does not like college football recruiting

How in the hell do you just disregard recruiting when wishing for a college football coach??

IMO Rank, Name, age, salary
1. dillingham 35 5.8-7.8mil
5. Joe Brady 36 maybe 3mil max
6. Sheppard 37 1mil
3. Brian Hartline 38 2mil
Nope 2 expensive. Lanning 39 11mil
10. Morris 40 1.5mil
2. Golesh 41 2.5mil
10. Sumrall 43 3mil
4. Silverfield 45 2.2mil
10. Key 47 4.15mil
These are the guys I’m reading and liking. I want a young up and comer so even though dillingham is the best fit the job and would win national championships he is.
I love everything about golesh hope we get someone like him, but only if he is extremely cheap and we give him the money to hire a nfl expert technician type staff

Dilly is the high upside guy to me.

Not dream pick, but I am becoming more intrigued by Kelvin. I hope he’s given serious consideration.
