Put it this way…Dave has figured out a way to get a guy out there that can make plays. Not at all polished but makes plays with his feet and makes enough throws to move chains. Their offense works around a guy that is effective and not trying to force some system.
Relies on he defense to control the game. Yesterday morning I heard on the radio Caleb Williams was the best QB in the country and ended the game on the bench against Dave’s team. His style of football works
Dave would be an excellent hire, always would have been. 5-7 years ago I think most would agree he would be a big time HC one day. Well here we are today and I don’t think anyone can argue he is tracking in the same direction. It’s up to us if we want to make him ours, because he will be one day soon.
