No way you let a guy like that out of your building, but also no way you fire a coach after he just won a natty…

Very Stoops/Riley like… but if LSU is able to land Joe Brady, that would put the program in a great spot for years to come.

Who doesn’t like 10+ win seasons and Heisman candidates? I know Riley hasn’t won shite at OU, but he does a great job running a program and Joe Brady I feel could do the same…

Question is, if Penn St. became available…would he rather go back there, since he had a stint over there as a young coach..

He doesn’t want to coach college! He doesn’t want to recruit! Brady is an NFL guy and wants an NFL HC job! Let it go!!

I love Brady, but he gives me Herman vibes. We all know he’s a great play caller and he’d have great recruiting classes even if he doesn’t like recruiting, but there’s still a lot of unknown.

If Brady would come by some chance, he undoubtedly keeps Peetz

Already having Peetz in place… believe Brady would obviously run the offense, and Peetz would just work with him etc like he did last year in Carolina…

Oh and GTFO with a certain coach only wants to coach a certain level BS…

Money talks. Also the kid is 32

I don’t necessarily think so. Wasn’t Peetz already with Carolina when he got hired? I don’t really think they’re a package deal.

He had multiple NFL HC interviews last season. He’s not coming back. NFL guy all the way.

Brady shined real bright because of Burrow. Plus he hates to recruit.

I'd rather Saban if we are talking about coaches who will never come here again.

Lincoln Riley had HC experience before being promoted at OU and kicking Stoops out?

Wasn’t just Burrow. Chase and Jefferson (best rookie WR the past two years), CEH, T. Marshall.

LSU fans. We had 10+ win seasons and Heisman candidates with Miles but it was frustrating to watch bc he wouldn't adapt with the game.

Different deal worked under a mentor Stoops who handed the program over..He was a head coach in training..

He didn’t hand it over, he was forced out…

Similar situation here… if there would have been a clause in Brady’s raise before being offered the Carolina OC job, I bet Brady stays..

Thing is you can’t fire/make that call on a coach who just won the natty…

But yes… let’s hope there was some type of back door deal already in place and Woodward lands the future of football.

Multiple NFL teams have hired coordinators without head coaching experience as well. People that act like it's unprecedented don't keep up.

He's going to be hired as a HC in the NFL in the next few years, with "not one minute of head coaching experience."

You think NFL GMs are out of their minds?
