Miles' house in Ann Arbor - Anyone else hear this?

I have nothing to substantiate this, but I met a girl last night from UM that said Miles bought a house in Ann Arbor.
I'm not saying it's true, just curious if anyone else heard this rumor.

Yes, he bought from the same realtor that sold Terri Saban a house here in BR last fall.

I heard it too. Wasn't just outside of ann arbor in a small town. I can't remember the name of the town. But it sounded like a rumor to me. Just because it was to fast.

Aren't real estate sale public record? If so, it shouldn't be too hard to find something like this out.
