Why do people keep holding onto the fact that Les is 61 and won't?

Mike Riley was average at oregon state a hsitorically average to below average program. When your offered a pay raise and a job upgrade like nebraska you take it.
Miles to Michigan wont be that much of a raise and LSU to Michigan right now isnt really a job upgrade
