Still amazes me that bigger programs don't give him a shot. Everyone knows that Texas Tech stuff was horseshite. Wazzup is a brutal place to recruit to. He's about to run Stanford out of the stadium. He can win with limited talent. Imagine him at a power program.

Why not Baylor. Personnel in place already. Has some Texas recruiting roots still in place. Could probably get him on the cheap.

At TT he took players that UT and OU passed on with a few walk on QBs and beat the bigger teams.

I think he's a good Coach who gets the most out of what he has

Not like youre getting 4-5 star recruits at WSU and TT

Last sentence in this post was about Leach. I really like the guy.

LINK

Wash St. dropped the first two games this season to crap teams (well Boise St was one, but sans Coach Petersen) and he was MAD. All they've done since then is whip Oregon and Stanford.

Edit: I dont know why this link to cbssports isnt working. The URL works for me: www.cbssports.com/college-football/news/watch-ranking-quotes-from-mike-leachs-epic-participation-trophies-rant

Leach has a bad habit of losing to fcs schools. No big school is going to hire a guy that constantly losses to fcs schools.

imagine the melt of a big school getting him and then losing the first game every single year only to rally and win 10.

What do you mean that guy?

You're factually wrong. EWU isn't a D-II team.

Can we call Alabama an FCS team?

You know what I mean by it, numb nuts.

FCS will always be DII to me, deal with it.

Leach would win at Kentucky. I can't believe that they don't hire him.

Ppl just dont like him for whatever and never give him credit

Case in point, Chris Peterson's team destroyed Stanford. How many ppl here jumped all over him as a top prospect at a bigger school?
Leach's Team destroyed Stanford a week later......... Crickets.....

Bump

Just wanted to point out that Leach beat UCLA this weekend. UCLA isn't great, but still a school above Wazzu's station. When will Leach get his due?
