Naw, they're both quirky as frick but Gundy has continued to elevate OSU. Nutt ran programs into the ground.
I think he'd be a solid hire. I'd take him over Peterson but that's just me.

for whatever reason Petersen got cold feet, and if he feels that way then so be it. He has not said NO, but we will have to have a coach due to recruiting and Gundy will fit the bill.

From what I've picked up by reading comments from Arkansas fans here, no matter who they hire it will have been Jeff Long's #1 choice all along because Jeff Long is some evil genius AD who can do no wrong.

you have been listening to Hawgeye again, Gundy was not and is not the number 1 choice, Franklin and Miles used the job for a raise.
Randy Rainwater has verified what I have said today on DTS, if you listen to it. This is a ploy to pressure us into making a decision. I mean it is not like we have unrealistic expectations. If CP was to come then he would have all the time he needs to build his own program.

Gundys going to be a solid pickup for you guys if thats how it plays out.
I don't really know to much about him other then what he did last season. The man can coach, but do you think he'll be able to bring in the talent needed every year to hang with Bama,LSU, A & M and be able to compete for the west year in and year out?

Gundy is an OSU alum. I don't see him leaving there for a small step up to Arkansas where the road to the top is much tougher.
