to be fair, WV had an elite D in 2007

RR just couldn't get that DC to leave WV with him

Patterson won't leave TCU IMO. Just got into a BCS conference that he can rape and he loves it there.

By claiming that in your thoughts you'd known this was going to happen, and hence it was deemed as not post worthy you did.

I have no idea what he's gonna do, or what Michigan is gonna offer.

Again, you have no sources. You have nothing to add. Just plain criticizing breaking news on ESPN is not being constructive, but being a douche.

I'm no more or less irrelevant than you in this.

I never claimed I was more relevant, did I? But posting continuously in a thread which you claim to be irrelevant is very ironic. You may want to revisit your last statement.

Shannon is greater than Bill Arnsparger and Jerry Glanville.

Alleva is prepared either way I hope. If Miles plays back and forth with both sides what do you do if your LSU? I leak out the details of Michigans offer and say Les is leaning towards Michigan I'm kidding but seriously I would tell coach before he started talking to Michigan we are prepared to move on without you if choose to go. LSU will do fine either way with or without you coach.

I guess it was on ESPN that they were saying Rick Rod was going to sit out a year to lick his wounds but if he got an offer from LSU, he could change his mind.

Patterson and Mullen are the two best options.

Rich Rod would be a disaster. I'd take Pelini over him.

mullen knows the conference though

breaking news on ESPN
Again, how many teams was Harbaugh going to last week? This is all irrelevant. Nobody knows anything right now but Les...and he ain't saying. He gave coy responses last time too. Hell, I remember him crying in a presser before right after the Arky game, calling himself a Michigan man, talking about the Maize and Blue, then being at LSU for at least the next 3 years. Who knows??

I'd take neither and have Chavis as an interim HC over those two assclowns.

Alleva came out and said the other day he will do what it takes to keep Miles. Again, I think Miles is leveraging the situation the fullest and is holding us hostage. He will stay at LSU and he will keep his word to his players but with a better contract for him here.

Their has been absolutely no indication he is leaving. You'd think something would leak on one of our assistants looking to leave already because I'm sure they're way more in the know than any ESPN analyst. Especially when you consider how Miles works. He isn't the type of guy who will just drop everything and leave to screw all his former players and colleagues.

BTW that phrase started over Bo tossing the Basketball coach about to leave for another program in late 80s. "A Michigan man will coach Michigan".

Which is ironic as hell seeing as he was firing a Michigan grad (Bill Freider) to promote and ultimately hire an outsider (Steve Fisher).

b rod lsu: A rare proper use of irony on TD. I applaud you, sir.
