Maybe Les should be his own OC

Accomplishes 3 things:
1)No more wondering "who's calling the plays, who's handcuffing who" bullshite
2)Frees up a slot to hire a true QB coach
3)No more buffer/coordinator roulette. If the offense fails again, we all know why and he can't hide anymore.
His offenses at OSU in the late 90's were decent enough, better than what we have now. Thoughts?

Could be. Maybe Crowton leaves and BG assists Les with the offense? Perhaps that sort of personnel move allows Miles the argument that Crowton's deal can be bought out, since they technically wouldn't be filling the position?

made the same suggestion mid season. Even if GC is gone next year we still have Miles, so might as well give him a trial by fire.

it would probably resemble this year's offense.

why bring even more disorganization and lack of attention to detail to the offense?

One thing I found really interesting in that in '97, the leading rusher in both carries and yards for OSU was a TRUE FRESHMAN. I can only assume all the other backs had their legs broken before the first game, because that's not the Les I know.

What true freshman since Les has been here could start ahead of the players in front of him?
