Maybe. Obviously, he has already coached here and been in the SEC, so that is a big advantage. But Baylor was in damn good shape when he took it over. They won 11 games when he took it over. Campbell took over a piece of shite and turned it into a consistent winner. They might not be a huge winner, but winning at a place like Iowa State on any level is extremely difficult. He can obviously coach guys up with consistency.
