Conversely, if the announcement of Kiffin leaving Ole Miss happens after the Egg Bowl, that gives the team three weeks to prepare with an interim coach for the first round of the playoffs or a full month if Ole Miss qualifies for the playoffs with a bye for the first round. Which time frame is more logical?
