Just b/c he couldn't cut it as the HC at UVA doesn't mean he has no value as an assistant. DJ Durkin has never been a HC so London will be able to help him make the transition.

He also hired Scott Shafer as DC, the head coach at Syracuse who just got fired. He's putting together a nice staff

He's doing a spectacular job. He got 2 former HCs on his staff. If this is a sign of thing s to come he'll have Maryland in the top 25 in 4 years or less

so they got a guy who has been a HC for awhile to come in as a position coach? Seems like a good hire to me.
