This is all about recruiting. The mid-Atlantic, DC, Virginia area has exploded with talent and has largely been unclaimed. Locksley will get those kids and if he can coach halfway decently, they’ll do well.

It supports the agenda so yea we will say we need continuity. Meanwhile elite coaches replace coordinators all the time. But it's not about being elite anymore and we all know it

It’s almost becoming funny at this point. Bama can’t even get washed up head coaches to stay longer than a year and we have first year guys being offered 2 million a year for DC. Everybody wants some Bama

Locksley should look at Larry Fedora at OC. Knows the region and the conference and was a good OC once upon a time.

It also kind of fits the Jimmy’s and Joe’s not x’s and o’s Narrative. When you have the best players in the country it makes coaches look better. Shocking.

He probably tries to take Gattis with him once Gattis realizes Hes relegated to Co-OC with Enos or Saban makes a power play for Freeze
