I don't know how it gets worked into his contract. I didn't get that info.

Looks to be an upfront sign on bonus I guess.

I just was told it happened.

Not upset at all, I just see through his act. He collectively knows about as much as the the third nut hair on the right, 4 rows down on my left fricking nut and it's pathetic that people keep acting like he is some insider. I find it to be funny as shite and I will make all sorts of fun of him for a long time to come when this is all over.

I may be mistaken, but I think those are tied into each other somehow. Maybe they were both just Spinosa deals or something. I can't remember anymore.

He's not over here preaching facts. He's provided the information that he has heard. Same as every other person with a "source" on every message board in the world. It's the weekend, fix yourself a highball and chill out.

don't believe that for a second. Absolutely no way that happened.

You better beleedat. Seriously though, if Saban has that kind of debt and UT boosters were willing to help him with it, I could never blame him for leaving. He'd be stupid not to take that kind of offer. Still sounds like a huge amount of money for a college football coach.

The entire premise for this fiasco is based off of shite from either him, or the twitter guy that originally started this shite.

Everything you see mentioned on here about Sabans debt being paid off, you can attribute to DocHolla-Gay over here

I don't know if the donor story is true but it doesn't mean they would have to forgive the entire $40 million debt. They change the terms or back off pressing for payment. They could have guaranteed not to foreclose on the $25 thus allowing them to pay off the $15. Maybe they didn't buy that $15 but the lax terms on the other debts allowed them to pay it off. That's more plausible given that any forgiving of a loan would help his partners and it's doubtful they'd want to do that.

I still haven't seen a reliable source on Saban's debt. I have no trouble believing he has some debt, but I don't believe the $40mil number for a second. The LLCs will have debt, but LLCs are not pierced very often; so it is unlikely that Saban has personal debt resulting from these failed investments. His attorney in Lafayette is known to be pretty good, so I doubt that he would allow him to be so unprotected.

Actually it was guys on Orangebloods that started it I believe. Most people know to take everything in these rumor threads with a grain of salt.

Well, to be fair to Doc, the debt was supposedly absorbed or some shite. It was in a Baton Rouge Business report a few days ago.

Again, I'm not saying I believe Doc, just that an amazing string of coincidences have occurred the past few weeks.
