That's correct. You get a gold star.

Then you don't know shite since you have been out of the Saban loop since before the season.

This is easily the most educational thread I've ever read. Learned about dissolving shell holding corporations, and bankruptcy filings and all kinds of shite. And here I've been holed p on the DawgRant for a year and a half...

Bingo. They might decide last minute not to go. You can't just stop everything, have to keep playing it cool.

Yeah - I realize that. My point is that alot of the things she's working on don't have to have any effort put into them right now, so it wouldn't be shocking if she just wanted to wait until after the bowl game to start those discussions. But she's not going to waste her time doing these things right now when she could pick the planning up later on and not be any worse off.

And I might add, the MSU fans on the AOL boards then were singing the same song the Bammers are now.

Genro you are wrong here;

You expect me to believe that high-end realtors are gonna divulge their clients' business for you to post on the internet. Good lord this place is disconnected from reality.

I am sure that is technically true but if Terry Saban is house shopping in Austin, every realtor in town would know in a week. Just like if she hires a divorce attorney in Tuscaloosa every lawyer in town will here about within a week. And neither the agent or the lawyer will have to say a damn thing. It will just get around.

I'm just spitballing here, but is it possible that no one knows what the Sabans are going to do because they don't know what they are going to do yet?

Actually it would be in the agent's responsibilites and disclosure form, which doesn't have to be signed, and must be presented to all clients or potential clients the moment you begin to act as an agent in any capacity. (according to the law, although this is often overlooked)

Has absolutely nothing to do with a real estate agent disclosing a client's name.
