That's cool - I don't need your validation. I spend a fair amount of time with Coach Saban each off season, and Terry throughout the year. That doesn't mean I'm going to be a part of every conversation they have, but I'm pretty confident saying things like they haven't bought a freakin house in Austin; she never went house hunting; she's spending way too much time and effort on things scheduled for this Spring here in Tuscaloosa for her to be leaving.

But like I said, this doesn't matter. Y'all will believe what you want. I'll go on about my business, and I'll be sure to tell Nick and Terry that you said hello.

I know how this is, but isn't it possible they are really really happy in Tuscaloosa, but the idea of one last challenge appeals to them? It isn't like they would speak about something like that openly, and it wouldn't necessarily make them snakes in the grass. Terry would obviously be planning on staying and planning forward until something perfect happened. It wouldn't be like she would put effort in to Spring on hold until Mack Brown was officially done, would she?

Sorry about your partner's wife's career being over. But that was really stupid of her. It's like she knows absolutely nothing about being a realtor

But, but, but...she does charity stuff in Tuscaloosa...she loves it there ...so much, she told everyone off in the WSJ..eh.."we're staying" but
quote:

"You come to a crossroads and the expectations get so great, people get spoiled by success and there gets to be a lack of appreciation," Terry Saban said in an interview last week. "We're kind of there now."

Basically a nice way of telling Alabama fans %$#! off.

Don't worry..

After they leave for Texas, she will honor her Spring commitments and come back to Tuscaloosa where Alabama fans will welcome her back with open arms.

mainly several Nick's Kids functions - things that she could easily not spend any effort on right now if she didn't want to.

I'm now almost hoping Saban sticks around. Capstone might be in the mood to gloat and we can get him on the record as having an affair with Terry Saban.

Now THAT would be a Tigerdroppings exclusive!

Realtors can tell people who their clients are.

Didn't she have a charity event in BR like literally the night before Christams eve before Saban Announced Christmas Day?

oh genro. you and cap sure are birds of a feather. She is NOT the only one who has shared this info. And this was actually shared several weeks ago.

Except that's not my role with them, and it's not going to become that. If I'm wrong about all this, then damn, I'll be the first to admit they are both snakes, but I've been around here for a while, and them since they got here, and I think I know them pretty well

So they've changed since Mich St and BR and Miami?

When the LSU rumors were flying when he was coach at Mich St, I was at Ruths Chris and at the next table were LSU's Chancellor, his wife and Terry Saban.

When the Miami rumors were flying, Charles Weems, LSU, supervisor, went yo Saban's home to ask if it's true and if so to offer more, he asked where Terry was. Saban said out shopping. Weems pressed him. Saban said Miami.

And we know about what he said in Miami.

It's a pattern with these people.

Bro, you're out of your element.

Confidentiality is one of the core principles of fiduciary duties for real estate agents. Any agent who becomes a Realtor(trademark) (a unified national organization of agents with a universal set of standards), which virtually all agents have to do in order to be legitimate, is bound to an even higher degree of ethics and confidentiality.

I don't think this is proof of anything really. Whether they are weighing their options on going to Austin, and any ambiguity surrounding it, wouldn't make her magically stop doing something she cared about.

They act like it is Doctor/Patient privileges or something. Only way someone gets in trouble is if it came from a lawyer that closed the loan
