Isn't Mack supposed to recruit in Beaumont today?

Houston investment:

$25M * .495 = $12,375,000

That's for one.

I'm not an attorney, so I can't speak for the liability issues surrounding Spinosa's bankruptcy, but that math was pretty simple.

An OB source has confirmed that Nick Saban has initiated the vetting process of trying to see what a staff at Texas might look like

So Saban currently: Hinesville, GA

Headed to Palm Beach Gardens this afternoon.

Then to Orlando.

I am not sure the math is that simple,

There various methods of calculating liability that could result in him owing more than 49.5%

It's not that simple, my friend.

So Saban is using Alabama's jets to finalize his deal with Texas and to begin his recruitment for them? What a fricking sleazeball. I love it.

Nope. Not true. PBJ's hangar is directly across the TCL runway from the UA hangar. Why the hell would he base his plane in Gulfport?

Got me on that one, I ask that last night and was told by the flight geeks post which said the plane was based there.

The he owns a plane is kinda tricky. Very few people outright own planes now and just let them sit around for 200 days a year when you are not using the. Often you lease them to companies like US Aviation and/or trade out for pilot time, etc own them in a LLC or have a share of a plane. Could be any of those plans. Or his pilot could be based there. no clue.

Can find out if it is really a need to know deal but don't think it is that big an issue

Trust me - PBJ outright owns his plane. I've flown on it a handful of times. His plane is the same model as the UA plane, giving our pilots the ability to fly his plane if the UA plane is down for maintenance.

But you're right - none of that really matters. PBJ wouldn't use his plane for CNS to meet with Texas

Pretty sure Saban is back on the UA AD plane today. Won't be able to track him.

This has been discussed. We know where PBJ's plane is based and where it has been. The gulfport plane is N855RA, which Saban was using yesterday.

The correct your boy TutHilTigger who seems convinced otherwise.

Sorry my screw up here. I misunderstood his reply last night. I thought he was saying little bear's plane was based there, and he was just saying that plane was based there. My bad.

ALL partners on commercial loans like that are "individually and severally liable". If one partner goes bankrupt, the others owe the full amount. They can go after one for the whole thing even if the other partners arent bankrupt.

I'm tired of waiting around for Saban to decide or release his decision.
