While I agree that you have been a level headed poster during this whole thing, you are quick to debunk any rumors of him leaving and accept any of him staying. Why is the reverse not applicable to us when there has been no official proof from either side? Your own fanbase's message board banning people from mentioning Saban to Texas rumors is a meltdown whether you want to admit it or not. You just choose not to participate, and I can at least respect that.

I actually think Saban to Texas is a smart move for him
The SEC has so many top programs chasing you it wears you down. It has too...... Boy, if we could have 5$ for every hour of gamefilm studied on Bama since Saban's arrival. Thinking about that makes Bama's 72-8 run lately that much more impressive. Saban job would become easier at Texas and that's a good thing for someone 62 years old.
At Texas Saban would avoid the grind
Just needs to make the playoffs for a shot
Good odds for him
Now his Texas teams could suffer though
Since they wouldn't be toughen up by the SEC grind
This is the X-factor for Saban's 3rd at 3 programs

In fairness, there's not a whole lot he can do right now. The ball is in Saban's court on this one and all the AD can do is read and react.
