rees feels like a trojan horse for kelly to fire sloan mid season.

100% and I do not want that dude calling plays. That would be worse than Sloan.

Why? The offense wasn't bad.

It was not good either. It ran up stats and points on lesser teams, but it struggling really badly in the redzone and had an ABYSMAL run scheme.

National ranks:

YPP: 44th
Rush YPP: 87th
Pass YPA: 47th
PPG: 55th
Redzone Score %: 74th
Redzone TD %: 99th
Turnovers lost: 41st

That is not a very good offense.

Tommy Rees is a terrible OC. Notre Dame and Bama fans loathed that dude calling plays.

Why do you keep defending Sloan and his vanilla predictable offense?

People that don't even study football knew what plays Sloan would run.

Not defending it, simply pointing out that most of the criticisms of the offense are either blatantly false or are based on opinions that posters here are not qualified enough to even make.

Definitely not a great offense, it's hard to have any type of great offense when you can't run the ball or block the middle consistently.

BK will have to determine if that's Sloan's fault or not and make a decision from there, some posters assuming it's a foregone conclusion that Sloan is gone is wild to me.
