I am willing to bet Oregeron, is already hired in some capacity

Get Shoop or Pendergast and be done with it. Both would be solid.

Get the feeling he may have been in the fold for quite some time

It was reported in late December that USC is interested in bringing back Orgeron, not sure at what position or if Ed would even consider it.
Either way, LSU is certainly not his only option.
I guess the fact that he hasn't been hired elsewhere is good news, but other than that I've see nothing to indicate that he is coming to LSU.

I don't understand where some of you get these opinions. It's not like 99% of us know shite about what's actually going on. Maybe just sit back and wait instead of being negative. We are not kept in the loop and never will be.

Are you in the loop? How would you know anything?

Where do these feelings come from? Speculation?

Because LSU is gonna promote Brick Haley. It's kind of obvious.

We have options CP and Shoop are both available
The $64K question is why in the world have we not hired one of those?
Optimist me hopes they are working on a contract
Realist me says they are not close to signing anyone
Pessimist me says- they promote from with in
At the end of the day I will
then say
All we can do is

I saw something in Dec of 2013, but not 2014.

It is setting up perfect for Miles to promote his buddy Peveto.

There are plenty of great coaches out there, some may just not have a lot of experience at the big time level.
If I were Miles, id look for a good coach at a lower level rather than some fast-tracked coach who has been mediocre at a big school

Miles gets the extra visits vacated by a staff member? He's done this before.
My take is, until LSU hires someone, the ones without a job gets hired somewhere else, or guys like shoop come out and say himself he isn't interested. They are all in play.

You may have accidentally hit on something!
Extra visit! no not those the ones to recruits
Les is building his air miles, hotel points
Man why did we not think of this before?
