And if we didn't have a fan base that worries more about getting stuck in traffic than staying for an entire game that is close in the 4th. I look at the half empty stands at the end of every game and wonder how we are able to recruit decent players.

Again, the state politics here ALWAYS get in the way. It's very corrupt and overbearing. No other state legislature gets this involved in football programs.
Remember, it was Jindal who delayed Miles firing.
Until they learn to keep their nose out of the program, this university will never land a big fish. Always gets in its own way. 2003, 2007, and 2019 were great. Talent one those years despite the overreach + Saban knew how to manage.

And O lead LSU through the worst two year stretch this millennium. With pretty damn good talent. You don't get to do this here and expect to keep your job. This ain't the 90s. LSU is better than that now.
