Gary Patterson would be my main target.... Rich Rodriguez would be on the short list too... Butch Jones too...

Not saying I like it but if Les left in the next year or two, it would be Cam Cameron book it

I wanted Gus for the longest and now we need to rejuvenate an offensive. The talent is here.

Whomever hires him will be getting a great coach. What he has done with memphis in a short time is miraculous. I think he is GP's clone.

Wouldn't mind it.

Mike Gundy would also be a decent hire.
Gary Patterson
Lane Kiffin

As long as we keep Chief, I wouldn't be opposed to any young, offensive mind.

But honestly, I'd be scared to death if Les leaves. We could swing and miss big time with Alleva in charge.

Why does everyone think Del Rio would be successful on the college level. He hasn't been on a campus in years and didnt exactly kill it in the NFL as a head coach.

The same was said about Mora Jr. and Carroll.

This is the problem. The current staff would be gone.

Except Del Rio never coached in college. Went from playing in the NFL straight to coaching in the NFL.
