I agree that Canada's is probably the problem...but that's no excuse for O and Alleva to be inept at finding a replacement.

Any chance we could just bring Les back to coach the OL? That will be four 60+ year old coaches on the staff. Will the NCAA grant us 3-4 waivers so the geriatrics can stay home and rest their bag of bones?
