The Millsaps AD job is a few pay grades up from whatever job you’re doing with your name stitched on the uniform.

The only reason he would come is the Louisiana connection. If that isn't strong enough for him then he stays where he is

He makes 1.3m at Georgia. Woodward was being paid 2m here. He can get a nice pay raise.
Maybe he wants a change of scenery? Maybe the new president can sell his goal to Josh?
Regardless, Josh is getting paid more after his tweet. But let’s not act like these moves never ever happen lol
