Ummm when Tbob said it on the radio this morning all the “insiders” here said “nope, no way Ensminger is the guy. Everything else would have to fall through”

Do you not follow what TBL, Random, and this other guy have been saying?
As of late last night early this morning they were all pretty much 100% convinced there was a long list of candidates and Ensminger was at the bottom. They said there was slim to no chance Ensminger gets it.
Early this morning on the radio Tbob says it’s pretty much a done deal with Ensminger and slowly over the course of the day all these guys here have been changing their story

This is what I can't understand, everyone with sources all agreed Steve was a fall back way down the list and likely not happening. Now he is a done deal when he doesn't want the job? What happened? Why pay 3.3 million to out Canada after not letting him do his job to promote and give more money to lifetime staffer Steve who no one wants? Hell not long ago people bitched our tight ends sucked under him... Miles offense sucked so bad that the first person behind him apparently looked godly against poor defenses while using superior talent running the ball he is the savior for OF? Seems like a bad dream

I think that was the company line intentionally spread through sauces, with Ensminger being the intended hire all along.
Briles doesn’t fit anything Orgeron claims he wants to do on offense. Ensminger was the first name out of Orgeron’s mouth over a month ago.

They had to deal with the aranda stuff unexpectedly and they still have to negotiate with Canada on his buyout
