I think the guy is probably full of shite! But from what I’ve heard from a guy inside the program Nielson(who everyone has said turned done the job) was Os first choice and that Brad White was another he was giving serious consideration to. The guy didn’t mention Freeman or Mason, which I found odd.

Agreed 100%! Freeman, Brad White, Odom if that’s even possible, but not Mason, a guy who built his career around 2-gap linemen, which is both the opposite of what O wants and the opposite of the fit for our personell!
