If they end up with Steele, firing Malzahn was a mistake.

I'd rather have Steele than keeping Gus as HC.

Rich Rod hurt Saban’s feelings?

I believe Saban was Alabama's number one choice, but Saban initially turned it down.

This Auburn Firing reminds me so much of the firing of Fulmer at Tennessee! If they don't get an absolute home run hire, they'll be set back for a decade or more like Tennessee! Especially at this time during the Bama dynasty that looks to continue for at least another several years.

Malzahn can kick arse when he has a good defense and the right pieces in place on offense.

It's crazy that Auburn can have consistent success in the toughest division in the toughest conference in all of college football. They beat Bama (the gold standard) more than any other program, and they're not happy with Malzahn! It's like the mentality of a high-maintenance woman! They have one of the best possible lives, a really nice home, a committed husband and great kids, but they're unsatisfied because those Jones's, that trust fund family in Tuscaloosa, have more, and they don't recognize their own blessings because of it!

High probability that Napier excels at his next job so for that reason I hope he remains in Lafayette for a bit longer

Les and Malzahn have a lot of similarities actually as far as success goes and how the fan base feels about them.

no, the similarity is between O and Chizik.
