thats not the one. the one im talking about was taken down. i linked to the michigan wall so you could see all the reaction posts. the original post was taken down to rewrite with a little less "IT'S DONE" but basically it sounds like Michigan tried to do what Lloyd wanted but couldn't and so they went with their "backup" aka #1-choice-but-want-to-do-right-by-outgoing-coach selection

also worth noting and NOT from a premium site such as Rivals -
long story short: Carr has been sick for 3-4 yrs and met Ferentz when he visited Bo at the hospital, took a liking to him, etc. While before he didn't have a solid choice and had hoped one of his coaching staff would evolve successfully they didnt/not enough time to develop. thus KF became his choice. my guess is UM paid carr the respect of asking the amount of interest, found out KF would require an assload of money and respectfully said "Iowa is lucky to have you" and called Miles.
