I asked him this today, I said, do you ever sit back and wonder with excitement, how it all works out, you go from feeling like crap after the Ark. game, to knowing you are going to have to make a change, to not having to fire your friends, getting a great gameplan and effort out of your team, you find some pretty solid coaching hires and are staring down the number one recruiting class in the face... he thought for a minute, and then talked about how he tries to always be truthful in what he does, and that he's always working to that end... went on for about 30 seconds and then finally said yes, it feels great.
I read this three times and have no idea what it means.

And yes, Miles is the man.

Les Miles has shown how clueless the so called "sports media experts" really know about what makes a great head coach.

Miles is a perfect fit for the LSU football program.

After all of the talk that Miles was winning with Saban's players and LSU would decline once they were gone has turned out to be the opposite of the truth. Miles' class will build a more stable program than Saban's megalomania.

Miles has entrenched the program into the elite through doing business in a professional manner and building a culture of winning with class and dignity.

Oh my god, all this major league :asskisser: is making me . "Entrenched Elite" programs don't lose 5 games (almost 6 if you include Troy) and look totally lost on defense, the year after winning a National Championship. No team in the history of college football has lost 5 games the year after winning a NC. Fact!

Oh,good grief. You must be the most negative poster on this board. Sure,'08 was a nightmare, but its over.Plus,Les has done one hell of a job to make sure this doesn't happen again.
