Now would be the perfect time to go, but he turned them down last time so why would he change his mind now?
Well IMO, he is in the process of building UNC into a winning program. I don't think he wants to jump ship until his goals are reached. Some coaches don't like to jump around.

Leach's problem was listening to Craig James and giving Adam James a D1 scholarship when no other D1 school offered him. He should have left his arse in the closet.
