All this for 8 wins a year. Leach doesn't seem like a coach that is going to recruit at an elite level.

I think Leach is a great hire for them, but they gotta give him time.
He seems like a coach that works wonders in a time frame and then rebuilds. 6-6, 7-5 or 8-4, then might go 9-3 or 10-2 his 4th year, but then back down to 6-7 wins. Wash rise repeat.
But that would be outstanding if I were a MSU fan. Their offense will definitely be much improved. I wonder if Leach will try to retain Shoop. That would be a pretty good combo.
