Yeah, I think we all need to curb our expectations on new hire. I'd be surprised if anything announced till after championship weekend at the earliest.

I think Woodward would prefer this yes, but if he has to wait on his man he will. The next possibly 20 years of the program shouldn't hang on one recruiting class, especially since we have a solid core that are coming to lsu regardless, and still have regular signing day and transfer portal to round it out.
But I don't want to wait that long either lol

Like another poster stated, we may not know until after the conference championship games have been played so there could be 2 more weeks of speculation.
If a new coach is not announced next Sunday or November 29, it would appear that the new coach is someone coaching on championship weekend or maybe even an NFL coach.

That's true and if the announcement is not made when our season ends, it probably means our new coach is coaching in the conference championship games or the playoffs. At least that will reduce the names of potential hires and bodes well for getting a coach worthy of the program.

Monday can be Riley kick the week off right
Tuesday we can go with Stoops have a big melt and get it out the way
Wednesday can be tucker (if extension isn’t signed) so it’ll feel a little better than stoops
Wednesday Matt Campbell

Friday just no holds bar complete and utter shite show panic day.

You mean last week until December right? I can’t imagine we will know shite until sometime between 1-2nd weeks of December. Saving the early signing period is of little consequence. Pretty sure if it’s a strong hire, players will be quick to jump.
