Experience coaching big programs
Offensive guru
Cutthroat recruiter
Has many big football contacts
A proven builder
Fits the culture
Still very young
I'm on the Lane train. Either him or Aranda would fit well here.

ole miss 33rd ranked recruiting class
I like Kiffin but he’s not a “cutthroat recruiter”, he’s an X’s and O’s guy who can do more with less, but who has a problem recruiting because he’s a douche with a bad reputation

All this and his defenses will always be bad because his offensive philosophy puts them in bad spots.
